Monkey Munch

This is the opposite of anything healthy or related to running, but I just spent the night with my favorite kids and made a batch of Monkey Munch.  Its so yummy, I can't help but eating too much.

Take 9 cups of Chex cereal and set it aside.

Take one cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of peanut butter and place in a glass bowl.  Heat for one minute in the microwave.  Stir and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.  Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.

Pour onto cereal and mix well.

Dump cereal mix into a large freezer bag filled with 1 and quarter cups powdered sugar.  Shake until all cereal is covered.

EAT!
