While kale chips may sound gross at first, they are a tasty snack I promise you won’t be able to stop eating.
Get some kale from the store and cut if off of the thick stems and into bite size pieces. My grocery store actually sells is cut like this already in a large bag.
Put them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Then sprinkle them with salt (kosher) and pepper or seasoned salt.
Put them on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. You won’t be able to start snacking! Give them a try! They are super healthy and yummy!
